Aruna Shields made her debut with ‘Prince’ opposite Vivek Oberoi and now she is set to appear on the silver screen once again, this time with a different image thought. From a sexy bond babe she will be seen as a small town simple girl-next-door in ‘Mr Singh Mrs Mehta’ to be released on June 25.
The film is based on the story o Neera Singh (played by Aruna Sheilds) and Ashwin Mehta (Prashant Narayan) and how they get drawn to each other when they discover that their spouses are having an affair. Apart from Sheilds and Narayan, the film also stars Brit Asian actress Lucy Hassan and Naved Aslam. The film is written and directed by Pravesh Bhardwaj and produced by Manu S Kumaran and Tutu Sharma. The movie marks the debut of world renowned sitar artist and Grammy nominated artist Ustaad Shujaat Husain Khan as a music composer.
